The flooring industry is littered with empty promises, with the topic of warranties being one of the worst areas where misleading information is provided. Some companies quote 10 years, others 15, but what use is a warranty if the overall package doesn't stack up?
At Degafloor, we have taken a different approach...
- All the components that make up Degafloor Systems are manufactured to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and DIN EN ISO 14001:1996 standards by Evonik Industries (formerly Degussa AG) and others based on over 35 years of flooring industry experience.
- Degafloor approved installers have unequalled expertise in the use of MMA resin systems and as such rarely experience any problems, however small.
- It is essential that there is no split responsibility between the installation company and the product supplier and this is one of the reasons why Degafloor only work with a small number of companies who have the stability to be able to fulfil warranties based on sound backing from ourselves.
- A well specified flooring system when cared for correctly will offer many years of trouble free service. However, useful life will vary depending on the severity of the operating environment. Degafloor design systems that are “fit for purpose” at the extremes of operating conditions to ensure you get the best system and performance for your needs and maximum useful life.
To enable us to offer realistic warranties, our technical services team, in conjunction with our installation contractors and the customer can agree a bespoke warranty for any project based on the specific installation environment.
