The food and beverage industry is probably the most demanding of all from a flooring point of view. Due to the inherent nature of the industry, floors need to be slip resistant, hygienic (whilst being easy to clean !) and incredibly durable to enable them to withstand long operating hours, heavy impact (fork lift trucks, pallets, product bins) and extremes of temperature.
Add in the complexity of floors often being wet for long periods and / or exposed to food debris and very short 'out of production' periods, and it is clear to see that only an outstanding product can offer the performance required.

Allowing installations to occur during very short 'out of production' periods. Due to the lengthy curing periods required by other resin systems, only MMAs can provide this benefit.

Creating a safe operating environment, even at the extremes of operating conditions. Many of our competitors quote slip resistance results for wet and dry conditions when the floor is totally clean. We feel this does not mirror the real conditions of many factories, so our tests are more comprehensive and we also offer an on-site slip resistance testing service.
